tax returns, various business applications and licenses, or
other forms; you fully expect your data to be used only for

tax preparation, property management, business marketing consulting
services, through various affiliates and franchisees. Because
we offer a variety of services both online (via the Internet)
and throughout SCG's South Florida network of offices, SCG's
privacy practices will vary depending on how you interact
with SCG. The following guidelines set forth general privacy
principles. When you establish a business relationship withSCG,
we will make you aware of our privacy practices that apply
to that particular business or relationship.
We collect and/or observe nonpublic personal information about
you from the following sources:

to prepare your tax return or other forms, licenses and applications.
•Information about your fee payment transactions with
us or our affiliates
•Contact information such as address, phone and email

We do not disclose any personal information about our clients
and former clients to anyone except as permitted or required
by law.
We will disclose information to third parties (such as mortgage,
investment, or insurance companies) only by your request and
with your consent.
Earning Your Confidence Reserving Your
Trust
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about
you to those employees who need to know that information to
provide products or services to you. We maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal
regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Here are some tips for you to protect

account numbers. Make sure none of these numbers ends up "in
the trash."
2. Protect your PINS and passwords from on-lookers. Don't
carry, for example, you PIN
with your ATM or Credit Card in case your wallet is lost or
stolen.
3. Avoid ID Theft by using caution when disclosing your account
and social security
numbers, etc. to other people.
4. Avoid "Dot Cons." Learn how to surf the web without
getting sammed and beware
of Internet fraud and investment scams.
